By Sunday evening, we dropped anchor at Bally's Casino and Hotel adjacent to USS LST 325. Sea bags unpacked we were ready for a great time with the crew, families and friends of the Beale.

POD

The Plan of the Day lists scheduled events as we thought we knew them. Our hosts tweaked the POD seamlessly so changes just sort of happened.

Upon arrival the crew mustered in the Hospitality Room to exchange hugs and kind words. Since Sunday was an informal evening, the shipmates coordinated their dinners to restaurants of their choice. Dinner was laced with fond memories of days gone by while on the Beale and at our Reunions.

Monday, August 21, 2023
Began with a nice hotel Breakfast and another opportunity to mix in the Hospitality Room. John Davis organized a private tour of USS LST 325 enabling gus visit with the LST'ss crew and to view the various spaces aboard ship.on your own
