A butcher shop and a sandwich counter. Inspired by old-world meat markets, Butcher specializes in house made meats, terrines and sausages. They claim to practice "hog-riculture"!
We ate twice at Butcher and the food was delicious. Their meat case looked very much like what you would see in a old time butcher shop. And, you could see various sausages in the making while waiting in line to place your order. A "visual and tasty" feast!
